And guest agrees to comply with immediate eviction as requested, with no additional recourse. Renter agrees to accept full responsibility for any renter caused damages to the property during his/her stay. You will be notified if this situation arises. Damages discovered after departure, or excessive cleaning (as defined by requiring more than 2 hours for a 2-3-person team to return the condo to the status as was experienced upon YOUR arrival) will be charged directly to the guest’s credit card used to reserve. If something is broken or damaged during your stay, please notify us immediately. Damage during your stay can sometimes occur. Any damages present at the time of check-in should be reported to the Owner immediately. Any damages caused to the specific unit or the condo properties during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. Location is everything and The Summit has a wonderful location near restaurants and family activities.Ī Damage Deposit of $300 /$500 student is required and it is NOT applied to rent however, it is fully refundable within (14) fourteen days of departure after rental inspection reveals no damage to the unit or any condo property, and all other terms of the rental agreement are met.

However, book with us and we will provide you with FREE Beach Service in Season ( 2 lounge chairs w/umbrella reserved for the length of your stay-$40/day value). On the beach itself, guests are welcome to rent beach chairs with umbrella, jet ski and other beach activities. There is also computers available in the lobby for guests to use. The complex has 2 large pools( 1 heated off season) 2 outside hot tubs and `1 inside his/her sauna tennis court beach playground shuffle boards BBQ area with tables on each side of the building Bikini Bob-a local own small restaurant a Tiki Bar by the pool and a snack shop. The Summit is a Gulf front complex with many amenities.
The bathrooms(1 full and 1/2 bath) were completely remodeled with a large walk in shower. This condo also has new front load washer/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances has everything needed for the preparation of delicious meals.

The master bedroom with its 2 new luxurious queen size pillow top mattresses can sleep 4, has a 32 inch TV & Blue ray Player, its own dressing area as well as direct access to the main bathroom. This spotless unit can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Hidden Treasure III is a renovated clean and cute Gulf front condo with an Shabby/Coastal chic decor. Hidden Treasure III is located on the 2nd floor at the quiet end of The Summit, and is steps away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.
